In the event your product is out-of-stock we will first make an effort to contact you by phone or email. If you can wait the prescribed amount of time we will backorder the item for you. If you choose not to wait, and we cannot find a similar product of equal value to your liking in stock, the balance of your order will be shipped with a refund check, made out to the Individual or Company placing the order.
